Using the Site

|1.||Lifestyley.com users provide their names, contact details and other personal information to us upon registration and later, and we need your help to keep it secure. Here are some commitments you make to us related to registering and maintaining the security of your account.|

Protecting The Rights of Other Users
|1.||If you make a payment on Lifestyley.com, you agree to our Payments Terms unless it is stated that other terms apply.|
|2.||You can pay through one of the following ways: Credit card, bank transfer, cash on delivery [COD], Mada and Lifestyley store credit.|
|3.||Credit Card / Mada:
At Lifestyley, our preferred payment method is by a secure Credit Card or Mada transaction. Rest assured, your card number and account details will be secure and protected using industry-leading encryption standards. We guarantee a safe shopping experience on our site. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard for credit card payments. Orders completed with credit card or Mada will not be charged any additional fee.
Cash on Delivery
For customers without access to a credit card or any alternative payment method, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Using this service, you can select to pay in cash to the delivery agent upon receiving your order. Please note that cash payment orders will be charged an additional service fee (SAR 15 - SAR 45) depending on order size. Currently, this service can be used for orders above SAR 100 and up to SAR 1,000.

|6.||Lifestyley Store Credit:
There are two ways for earning money in your Lifestyley Store Credit.
1. We give you a refund for your returned/ cancelled/ exchanged order to your Lifestyley Store Credit
2. You have earned points through the loyalty programme
The points earned through the loyalty program that are in the Lifestyley store credit expire within six months if they have not been used. The credit amount in the Lifestyley store credit from other activities including refunds, returns and cancellations expires within one year if it has not been used. [a reminder email will be sent to the customer 30 days before the expiry of the credit
Pricing and Processing Orders
|1.||At times, there might be cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verification or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order.|
|2.||The Site May Not be Used to Order Items in Bulk for Resale unless prior agreed permission has been granted by us.|
|3.||We ensure that the most accurate pricing information is provided on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.|
|4.||If an item is discounted within seven  days of purchasing a product[s], the between the discounted price and original price will be refunded to yourdifference Lifestyley store credit. However, please note you need to notify us to request for the refund.|
Returns, Replacement and Exchange
|1.||Replacements and returns are allowed only within 14 days from the date of purchase.|
|2.||If you have received the wrong item, you can return it provided it is in the same condition as received and sealed in its original retail box. The refund will be processed once we receive the returned item and accept it upon inspection.|
|3.||You cannot return an opened or used product.|
|4.||You will be charged a return shipping fee of SR. 30 that will be deducted from your refund amount if you choose to return any items from your order for any reason other than a manufacturing problem or for receiving the wrong item.|
|1.||You can cancel an order within 24 hours without charge if the order has not been shipped by then.|
|2.||If the order has been shipped, the shipping fee and the COD fee [if applicable] will not be refunded.|
|3.||If you did not make your bank transfer payment within 3 days, the order will automatically be canceled.|
|4.||When we refund your money [in full or in part] upon return or cancellation of an order, the purchase price of the product[s] will be refunded excluding the shipping fee, COD charges unless you received the wrong product/ colour/ size or you received a defective product.|
|5.||Shipping fee will not be refunded unless the order has been cancelled by us|
Please allow for the following days to Receive your refund:
|1.||Instantaneously if the refund is made to the Lifestyley store credit.|
|2.||Between 7-10 business days for refund through bank transfer.|
|3.||Shipping fee will not be refunded unless the order has been cancelled by us|
|4.||Between 10-21 business days to receive refund payment through credit card and SADAD|
|5.||Please Note: We reserve the right to deny any customer access to our services who, in our opinion, is indulging in excessive, unjustifiable returns. We also reserve the right to remove such customers from our customer list who subsequently will not be able to purchase from Lifestyley.com any longer|
Mobile and Other Devices
Provisions Applicable to Software
Anything that you submit to the Site and/or provide to us, including but not limited to, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, "Submissions") will become our sole and exclusive property and shall not be returned to you. In addition to the rights applicable to any Submission, when you post comments or reviews to the Site, you also grant us the right to use the name that you submit, about such submissions. You shall not use a false e-mail address, fake your identity to be someone else other than yourself or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any Submissions. We may, but shall not be liable to, remove or edit any Submissions.

- If you are a resident of or have your principal place of business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, this Statement is an agreement between you and Lifestyley.com. References to “us,” “we,” and “our” mean Lifestyley.com as appropriate.
- This Statement makes up the complete agreement between Lifestyley.com and its customers, users and third parties and supersedes any prior agreements.
- If any portion of this Statement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portion will remain in full effect.
- Any amendment to or waiver of this Statement must be made in writing and signed by us.
- If we fail to enforce any of this Statement, it will not be considered a waiver.
- Nothing in this Statement shall prevent us from complying with the law.
- You will not transfer any of your rights or obligations under this Statement to anyone else without our consent.
- All our rights and obligations under this Statement are freely assignable by us upon a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or by operation of law or otherwise.
