No, if payment is made through credit card, bank transfer or SADAD. For cash on delivery [COD] orders, the minimum order value should be 100 SR.
No, to purchase a product on Lifestyley, you first need to sign-up and register an account with a valid email address and fill in all the required information. Guest check-outs are not permitted.
- No further action is required by you unless you are called by the customer service team or have been specifically asked to respond.

Shipping and Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, a message will be sent to you through email or SMS with your order details and a tracking number for you to track your order.
At present, we ship products to most cities within Saudi Arabia. To see the full list of all the cities and areas within cities that we ship to, please see the link
- For Riyadh, Dammam, Khobar and Jeddah, it takes between 1-3 business days to receive an order after sending the confirmation to you.
- For other cities within Saudi Arabia, it takes between 3-5 business days for the order to be delivered to you.
- PLEASE NOTE: If an order is placed on Thursday after 02:00 p.m., it will be processed and shipped on Sunday. Hence, depending on the city that the order has been shipped to, the same delivery time as mentioned above will be applied. During Ramadan, orders placed on Thursday after 12:00 p.m. will be processed and shipped on Sunday and will take two extra days to be delivered.
We aim to deliver all orders within the specified delivery time. However, under rare and exceptional circumstances, delays are possible because of several reasons including:
- Closing of the warehouse for inventory checks.
- Delay by the courier company for unexpected reasons.
- Non-availability of the product purchased
- Delay by the customer in responding to the courier company or failing to schedule the delivery with the courier company.
No, once an order has been placed and processed by us, you cannot add more products to it. Nevertheless, we can merge multiple orders into a single order upon your request if the first order has not been shipped by that time.

- However, if we proactively notice that more than one order has been placed by the same customer on the same day, we may be able to combine multiple orders after confirming with you first; provided that the first order has not already been shipped by then..
- The shipping company will contact you about the delivery of your order a maximum of 3 times.
- If you do not respond after the 3rd attempt, your order will automatically be cancelled.
- In this case, we will not be responsible for the delay in the delivery of the order and additional shipping fee may be charged where applicable.
- With no risk incurred by the Customer as a result of Customer's failure to comply with the terms and conditions.
We have the courier company deliver your order to you on the delivery address provided by you. However, if you wish to collect your order yourself for any reason from a pick-up location of the courier company, then you may do so after communicating with them.
We will only consider an order to be delivered to you once we have your signature on the delivery note. In a rare case of an item getting lost, we will give you a replacement of the product[s] or a full refund of your purchase payment depending on the situation. Shipping and Cash on Delivery Fee
- Shipping fee for Riyadh: 30 SR
- Shipping fee for all other cities: 35 SR
Any basket size that exceeds 500 SR is eligible for free shipping. We occasionally run promotional offers in which certain products and smaller basket sizes less than 500 SR may also qualify for free shipping.
- To pay through COD, an order must be a minimum of 100 SR and must not exceed 1,500 SR.
- The COD fee is between 15 - 30 SR.
- The COD fee is to be paid to the delivery agent, [along with the purchase price and shipping fee] upon receipt of the order

- COD charges are applied only for those orders that select COD option as the payment method. For COD, orders must be minimum 100 SR and not more than 1,000 SR.
- A shipping fee is charged on all orders unless they qualify for “Free Shipping” which applies to a basket size exceeding 500 SR, unless specifically mentioned in case of promotional offers as described previously.
Return, Exchange and Refund
- Return or exchange for a product[s] is allowed within 14 days from the date of purchase provided that the product[s] is in its original condition upon receipt and wrapped in the original packaging.
- In case a wrong product[s] has been sent or there is a defect by the manufacturer, the product[s] will be replaced without any additional cost.

- Any order can be cancelled within 24 hours without any additional charges if the order has not been shipped by the time of cancellation.

When we refund your money [in full or in part] upon return or cancellation of an order, the purchase price of the product[s] will be refunded excluding the shipping charges and COD fee unless you received the wrong product/ colour/ size, or you received a defective product.

- For credit card and SADAD: The payment page on Lifestyley will automatically take you to the Payfort website where you must enter your credit card information as prompted and then submit.
- For bank transfer: you must send a copy of the payment receipt to us within 3 days of confirming your order. If you do not make the bank transfer or send the receipt to us within 3 days, your order will automatically be cancelled.
- For cash on delivery [COD], the total invoice payment including shipping fee and COD charges should be handed over to the delivery representative in cash.
- On the page of your shopping cart, you will see an option to enter the coupon code. Click on that option, enter the coupon code and choose “apply.”
- The coupon code has a certain validity and if it is valid, your order summary will change and show the discounted amount after the coupon code has been applied
Electronic codes/ electronic gift cards including Xbox Live Cards, Symantec Norton Mobile Security, PlayStation 4 Gift Cards and iTunes Gift Cards, are delivered to you through email.
- If you purchase the electronic codes/ gift cards any time between 8:00 a.m-5:00 p.m., they will automatically be sent to your email within 30 minutes once we have verified your details
- If codes/ gift cards are purchased after 5:00 p.m. or on the weekend, they will be sent to your email at the earliest usually within 30 minutes. However, please note delays are possible and in such a case, we aim to deliver all codes/ gift cards no later than 9:00 a.m. the following business day.
- PLEASE NOTE: If there is a delay by the customer in making the bank transfer, the electronic delivery of the codes/ gift cards will be delayed as well.

Lifestyley Store Credit
Lifestyley store credit is a kind of payment method in which you have credit balance in your account with which you can purchase products at any time. Money is earned in the store credit if you return or cancel an order and receive a refund to your store credit. Points in the form of Riyals can also be earned in the store credit through the loyalty program.
The points earned through the loyalty program that are in the Lifestyley store credit expire within six months if they have not been used. The credit amount in the Lifestyley store credit from other activities including refunds, returns and cancellations expires within one year if it has not been used by then. [a reminder email will be sent to the customer 30 days before the expiry of the credit]
If you get your money refunded to your Lifestyley store credit following a return or cancellation of an order, you will earn 20 points as an incentive and will receive the refund instantaneously.

No, unfortunately it is not possible to transfer store credit from one account to another because of security reasons.
The amount is transferred to your Lifestyley store credit immediately upon being processed following a return or cancellation or upon earning loyalty points.
Loyalty and Reward Point

- An email will be sent to your verified email address containing instructions on how to reset and create a new password.
- You can have multiple accounts on Lifestyley by creating a different account associated with a different verified email address

You can click on the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of any Lifestyley email that you receive to unsubscribe from our emails.
VAT was implemented from January 1, 2018 across UAE and Saudi Arabia at a standard rate of 5%.
Yes, VAT will apply to all products sold on Lifestyley at a standard rate of 5%.
- All prices shown on Lifestyley are inclusive of VAT which is charged at a standard rate of 5%e
- VAT will also be charged on shipping, COD fee and other applicable charges.
- For products that qualify for free shipping, no VAT will be applied on the shipping fee.
- In case of a product being offered at a discount, the VAT will be applied on the discounted price.
- Yes, VAT will be refunded if a product[s] has been returned and if a refund has been given by us
- If we refund the full invoice price including the shipping fee, the total VAT paid on the total invoice amount will be refunded.
- In case the shipping fee is not refunded, the VAT that had been charged on the shipping fee will not be refunded and only the VAT on the purchase price will be refunded.
Shopping on Lifestyley.com
- You can see the “shopping cart” icon on each page of Lifestyley. Click on your shopping cart which will take you to the shopping cart page.
- Under each item in your cart, you will see the option for “Remove”
- Choose the button “Remove item” to remove it from your cart
On the product description page, you will see a “Add to Wish List” button. If you like an item and want to save it and buy it later, you can add it to your wish list. You can view your wish list in your shopping cart. You can always add items from your wish list to your cart and conversely add items from your cart to your wish list.
You can click on the image or name of the product that you want to view and on the product page, you will find the description for your product along with the product specifications.
On the Lifestyley website, you can click on the “Product Reviews” tab or button and read the review[s] of your chosen product[s].
Product reviews can be written for product[s] by going to the product review tab under each product. Writing a product review will earn 5 points to your loyalty program after the review has been approved by us. To learn about the loyalty and reward points.
Yes, all products that are sold on Lifestyley are new and authentic and are purchased from authorized vendors.
We do not sell refurbished products. However, some products that are sold are new but are unboxed because they are used for product photography. Such products are sold at a discounted price and will be marked as “New - Unboxed”.
